Modern Quilt Design Changes

Look at this!

Once everyone got to sewing their blocks...

One person

had a

YELLOW

background!

How fabulous is that!!!

She laid out some of her blocks on the table,

so we had a little design fun!

First,

she laid it out as everyone else had theirs.

Then,

we just turned the blocks to create different designs!

Look how easy this block becomes!

 This turn creates stars everywhere!

 This creates a chevron effect...

also flying geese effect. 

LOVE the bright yellow background with 

ALL those great colors!

So, 

Have fun with your quilts!

Turn things around!

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!

(A friend of mine says I don't have a lid to my box...LOL!)

So,

Take the lid off your box!

(It's SO much fun!!!)

Sew the pieces of life together!

They make a BEAUTIFUL quilt!
